Exchanges

Exchange Policy

At DastaanStore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need a different size or receive an incorrect or defective product, we offer a simple 7-day exchange policy.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.

  • The wrong size or product was delivered.

  • You received a product that does not match your order.

For size exchanges, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • With all labels, tags, and protective stickers attached

Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or tampering will not be accepted for exchange.

2. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

When reporting a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please provide clear photographs of the product and the issue.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to DastaanStore for an exchange.

The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the exchange if it meets our exchange requirements.

A Rs. 400 shipping fee will apply for sending the replacement product back to the customer.

4. Exchange Processing Time

We aim to process exchanges within 3–5 working days after receiving the returned product.

During busy seasons or sale periods, processing may take up to 7 working days.

5. Size Exchange Policy

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags, labels, and protective stickers intact

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

6. No Refund Policy

DastaanStore does not offer cash refunds or store-credit refunds.

All eligible requests are handled through product exchanges only.

If the requested replacement product or size is unavailable, please contact our customer support team to discuss the available options.

7. Sale and Discounted Items

Sale and discounted products can only be exchanged if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Size exchanges or exchanges for other reasons are not available on sale or discounted products.

8. Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • The exchange request is made after 7 days of delivery.

  • The product has been used or worn.

  • The product has been damaged or altered after delivery.

  • The product or packaging has been tampered with.

  • The product is returned without its original packaging, tags, labels, or protective stickers.

  • The product was purchased on sale or at a discount, except in cases where the wrong, defective, or damaged item was received.
