At DastaanStore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return or exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.

  • The wrong size or product was delivered.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all labels, tags, and protective stickers attached.

Please note: Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return or exchange.

2. How to Apply for a Return or Exchange

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

    When reporting a defective or damaged item, kindly include clear photographic evidence of the issue.
    Our team reviews each case individually to ensure a fair and satisfactory resolution for both parties.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

     

  • A Rs. 400 shipping fee will apply when we send the replacement item back to you.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.

4. Processing Time

We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 3-5 working days after receiving the returned item.
During busy seasons or sale periods, processing may take up to 7 working days.

5. Size Exchange Policy

If you ordered the wrong size, you can exchange it within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be:

  • Unused and unworn

     

  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact

6. Refunds

Currently, DastaanStore does not offer cash refunds.
However, in cases where an exchange or replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund in the form of store credit.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days.

7. Sale and Discounted Items

  • Exchanges on sale or discounted products are only possible if you received the wrong or defective item.

Requests for returns or exchanges on discounted products will not be accepted for reasons other than the above.

8. Non-Returnable Scenarios

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The request is made after 14 days of delivery.
  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

The product or packaging has been tampered with.
